Safety

Knowing that the development of JANAS depends on the satisfaction of our customers, We committed to the production of meat products of the highest quality, safe for health. We can ensure this safety by implementing and maintaining sanitary, hygienic and technological systems compliant with the requirements of national and international legal regulations. Our products are not only of high quality, adequate nutritional value and great taste, but above all a guarantee of health safety, ensured by the raw materials obtained from the best Polish breeders, and their uninterrupted cooling sequence throughout the entire production stage, i.e. appropriate storage methods provided not only at the JANAS production plant, but also during transport in refrigerated trucks, through the installed temperature sensors. Properly trained personnel also takes care of the safety of the products. Each of our employees knows and implements the security policy and the obligations arising from it. Employees are provided with appropriate clothing and hygiene at work. Thanks to this, we can guarantee safe products that do not undergo changes in taste and smell, and do not lose their original consistency. The JANAS company meets all the standards of the HACCP system, moreover, the quality and safety of our company's products has been confirmed by international IFS and BRC certificates, verified by the Italian CSI certification body from Milan. JANAS also successfully passes annual audits carried out by an independent unit certifying production and quality procedures, which guarantees the highest safety of the produced food.
