Every day we make sure that JANAS products are synonymous with quality. We achieve it thanks to the implementation of safety and hygiene systems. We organize all phases of the production process of our products - from receiving the raw material to the distribution of the finished product, in a manner consistent with the HACCP policy and principles.

The quality of our products is influenced, among others, by:

 • careful selection of raw materials from the best Polish farms;

• modern and effective production technology. The production infrastructure and machinery of JANAS are modernized on an ongoing basis, appropriate packaging in a protective or vacuum atmosphere extends the shelf life of products without the use of preservatives, and an uninterrupted cooling sequence guarantees a constant temperature of our products, from production to sale;

 • appropriately trained staff. Our employees know the HACCP policy and principles, are aware of their responsibility for the system and health safety of the produced food, and take part in regularly conducted industry training.

 

Safety and the highest quality of JANAS products are also guaranteed by the constant supervision of the State Veterinary Inspection, BRC Global Standard for Food Safety and IFS Food certificates issued by the Italian certification company CSI from Milan, and regular audits.
